The Fit4Food2030 consortium aims to support the development and implementation of the EC Food2030 initiative and has been invited to the Grant Agreement Preparation Phase. JPI HDHL – through its secretariat at ZonMw - is one of the WP leaders within the consortium.

The overall aim of FIT4FOOD2030 is to establish a sustainable, balanced, multi-stakeholder, multi-level platform – called the FOOD2030 Platform – that will support the EC to further develop and implement the FOOD 2030 policy framework and its action plan. The consortium is coordinated by the Athena Institute of the VU University Amsterdam and includes many of the leading organizations in public and public-private R&I policy (programming) on FNS in Europe, and in Responsible Research and Innovation. Besides JPI HDHL, JPI OCEANS and FACCE JPI are also involved in the consortium as part of the collaboration between the three JPIs around the Food & Nutrition Security – see also the paper of the three JPIs
