Biomarkers in Nutrition and Health (BioNH) is the third Joint Action of the JPI HDHL. The main objective of BioNH is to support interdisciplinary research and innovative approaches for the validation of biomarkers and the investigation of intake/exposure and nutritional status of biomarkers within nutrition and health. 20 joint transnational research proposals were submitted by researchers from 13 JPI HDHL member states. Currently, 20 reviewers are performing a written evaluation of the proposals. Furthermore, a selection of 7 reviewers will be convened during a review panel meeting taking place on the 25th and the 26th of September in Paris, France.
