The COVID-19 pandemic is having a major impact on peoples’ life and lifestyle and has required immediate and sudden changes to day to day behaviour. After a period of weeks in which most Europeans have been in lock down, it seems like it now becoming possible to slowly and carefully reduce restrictions and increase our freedom of movement again. - Afbeelding
On the 18th of June JPI HDHL is organising a virtual mid-term symposium for the projects funded in 2 calls focussing on the intestinal microbiome. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the symposium will be held virtually. In this way, the JPI HDHL can still offer project leaders the opportunity to exchange knowledge and facilitate a discussion. - The core principle of HDHL is to facilitate coordination between policy makers and scientists within Europe and behond. This to generate new scientific knowledge, share existing knowledge and expertise, and bring together important datasets in the areas of food, nutrition and health.
