In 2023, the HDHL Management Board welcomed a new member to its ranks, Laura Hanske, representing Germany on behalf of the Federal Ministry of education and research (BMBF). In an exclusive interview, Dr. Hanske shares insights into her background, the impact of Germany's Food Strategy, and critical research topics in food and nutrition for the future.- The Healthy Diet, Healthy Life (HDHL) Early Career Network is a dynamic community of early career researchers in nutrition, physical activity, and health. It promotes research skills, fosters collaboration, and offers networking opportunities through online activities and resource sharing.

This year’s World Health Day theme is ‘My health, my right’. FOOD SYSTEM The University of Copenhagen is leading a comprehensive new EU project, CLEVERFOOD, that will facilitate a society-wide mobilisation of European citizens to transform the European food system that benefits climate, sustainability, biodiversity and public health. JPI HDHL is involved as a partner in the CLEVERFOOD consortium.
